They where even the colours of the above images. Buddy in the CTSV was not driving like a lunatic, he was actually going bellow the speed limit. Buddy in the viper, pinned when the light went green, and that lotus :D

Yesterday must have been magic car day. Within five minutes of leaving work I saw a brand new R8, a V10 S8 (probably a 2006 or so), a brand new Stingray, a brand new Raptor, a MB C63, and a M5 (not sure, but probably early to mid 2000s).
